The owner of 1800 Howard Street has an agreement to sell to Stack Data Cetner. The current
deadline for the owner to confirm development by a data center and finalize the purchase price of
the Village right-of-way is April 11, 2024 and they are seeking to extend that to October 31,
2024 to align with the end of Stack's due diligence.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:22 pm.
