Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on February 13 2024, this Executive Session was called to
consider review of Land Acquisition.

The Mayor shared that 1201 Busse Road is a 24,000 square foot building that is being considered
for acquisition by the Village for storage and water storage purposes. The property is located in
the TIF district and is strategically located adjacent to the Village's existing water storage tanks.
The Village Manager noted that the acquisition cost price is estimated at $3 million. The
consensus of the Board was to approve pursuing the property at 1201 Busse Road.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:21 pm.
