Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on FgbmM 13 2024, this Executive Session was called to
consider review of Land Disposition.

The developer of the proposed Senior Housing Development at 750 S Arlington Heights Road
met with staff to review the necessary plans and documents needed to begin the review and Plan
Commission process.
The Mayor suggested that in advance of a public announcement, letters be delivered to the
residents directly adjacent to the land, informing them of the proposed development for 750
Arlington Heights Road.
Trustee Prochno asked if letters could also be provided to the tenants of the shopping center. The
Mayor advised that residents will be receiving information first and tenants may be considered
later on.
Mayor Johnson stated that this information is still confidential and asked the Board to keep it
confidential at this time.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:26 pm.
