of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on February 27, 2024, this Executive Session was called to
consider review of Litigation.

A press release was distributed earlier today announcing that the Village submitted new analysis
on the proposed permanent Fly Quiet Program at O'Hare Airport to the FAA. The Mayor shared
that the Village's plan is overwhelmingly in favor of being the best route.
The attorney the Village has hired to handle this case has heard that the FAA may be assigning
review back to the CDA, although it will be illegal for the FAA to do so.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:00 pm.
