The Mayor shared that no contract for the purchase of the Burker King, Marathon Gas Station,
and Heavenly Bodies has been provided to the Village yet.
The cleanup cost for environmental remediation of the Marathon gas station is estimated to cost
between $300-$500,000.
The Mayor noted that this information needs to remain highly confidential.
