Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on March 12. 2024, this Executive Session was called to
consider review of Personnel.

The Mayor asked the Board if they had any issue with adjusting the salary increase for the Public
Works Union from the 3% stipulated in the contract to 3.25% to keep them on the same level
with other Village employees. The cost for the adjustment is $8,821 for a 0.25% increase.
The consensus of the Board was to approve the 0.25% increase for the Public Works Union.
The Mayor shared that the Village Manager will set up a meeting to inform the union on the
Thursday following the budget hearing.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:39 pm.
