of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on March 12, 2024, this Executive Session was called to
consider review of Land Acquisition.

The Mayor shared that the Prologis property at 1201 Busse Road that the Village is interested in
acquiring is under negotiation. The Village offered $2.4 Million, and Prologis countered at
$2.88 Million. The consensus of the Board was to authorize a revised offer of $2.64 Million.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:55 pm.
