Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on March 26 2024, this Executive Session was called to
consider review of Land Disposition.

Wingspan has requested an extension for the Due Diligence period for the purchase of the retail
property by 45 days to deal with Shell Gas Station Right of First Refusal. The consensus of the
Board was to approve this extension.
Wingspan will be picking up permits this week for the commercial and business area.
Construction will begin once the land is acquired.
The Mayor inquired about when construction will begin for the bridge. Staff will check on when
the construction is anticipated to start.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:27 pm.
