of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on March 26, 2024, this Executive Session was called to
consider review of Land Disposition.

The closing for 500, 570, and 2300 Higgins is taking place on Thursday. Mario Gullo is paying
$2 million for 500 and 570 Higgins and $3.125 million for 2300 Higgins Road.
The Mayor explained that Road Ranger being developed at 2300 Higgins Road will sell liquor
with a packaging liquor license and also have video gaming on site.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:06 pm.
