Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on April 23 2024, this Executive Session was called to
consider review of Land Disposition.

The Mayor provided an update on the Wingspan Development at Arlington Heights/Higgins.
Wingspan is waiting for Shell Gas Station to sign off on the property. They have a no
competition clause that needs to be reviewed by their corporation.
Wingspan met with Fire Department personnel and staff today to review some questions they
had about the apartment complex. There was an inquiry to allow PVC piping behind the walls.
This is allowed per State code, but not recommended by the manufacturer. Staff feel confident a
resolution will be met.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:10 pm.
