Trustee Bush moved to enter into Executive Session, seconded by Trustee Miller. The motion
passed unanimously.

Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on M4y 14,202 this Executive Session was called to consider
review of Land Disposition.

Shell has signed off on the Right of First Refusal for the gas station at Arlington Heights and
Higgins Road. Next steps include the sale of the property to Wingspan. Wingspan has applied
for permits with Cook County, MWRD and IDOT. Construction is most likely anticipated to
begin in August.
The Mayor mentioned during the start of construction, the developer will plan to move the dirt
temporarily on the bowling alley lot and then reuse it during construction.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:30 pm.
