The purchase contract for the Burger King, Marathon Gas Station, and Heavenly Bodies properties are on
this evening's agenda for consideration. The closing is tentatively scheduled for June 10. This closing
date is not public information at this time. Heavenly Bodies business will close prior to the closing for the
property.
