Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on May 28, 2024, this Executive Session was called to consider
review of Land Disposition.

The Mayor shared that Wingspan Development is preparing a presentation to showcase the name of the
development, which is "The Vue".
The Village Manager will follow up with Wingspan to determine when they will have the presentation
ready to share.
The consensus of the Board was to select three residents that participated in the naming contest for the
development and offer them gift cards for participating since none of the submissions were close to "The
Vue".
The construction date for the development is still anticipated for August. Wingspan is working with their
lender on removing title exceptions, but Shell has waived their right of first refusal.
The due diligence period for the retail property ends on July 1, 2024.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:34 pm.
