6. CONSENT AGENDA
i. Consideration to adopt Resolution No. 42-26 authorizing the Mayor and Village Clerk to
execute a purchase and sale agreement between the Village of Elk Grove and Tonne Grove,
LLC (600 E Elk Grove Boulevard).
(This property is being sold for the development of single family housing.
(The Purchase and Sale Agreement will be available at the Village Board Meeting.)
j. Consideration to adopt Resolution No. 43-26 authorizing the Mayor and Village Clerk to
execute a settlement agreement, general release and covenant not to sue for the Village of
Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage in the State of Illinois.
(A copy of the resolution will be available at the Village Board meeting.)
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and other applicable Federal and
State laws, the meeting will be accessible to individuals with disabilities. Persons requiring
auxiliary aids and/or services should contact the Village Clerk, preferably no later than five
days before the meeting.

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND VILLAGE CLERK TO EXECUTE
A PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE
VILLAGE AND TONNE GROVE, LLC (600 E ELK GROVE BOULEVARD
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That the Mayor be and is hereby authorized to sign the attached documents
marked:
PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT
a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth and the Village Clerk
is authorized to attest said documents upon the signature of the Mayor.
Section 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval according to law.
