of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on July 16 2024, this Executive Session was called to consider
review of Land Disposition.

The developer is still finalizing a purchase price for the Landscaper property at Ridge and Devon
Avenue. The plan is to sell the parking lot, VFW, landscaper property, and Village's portion of
the property. It is anticipated that the Village will receive near $500,000 to $600,000 for the
property.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:37 pm.
