consider review of Personnel.

The Village Manger's Office is proposing to change the existing Senior Management Analyst
Position to a part time Business Development Specialist position to support Business
Development Director Sue Dees. If approved, the position will be offered to current summer
intern Matt Higgs who would work in the position as he completes his bachelor's degree.
The consensus of the Board was to authorize the conversion of the full-time Senior Management
Analyst position to a part-time Business Development Specialist position.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:01 pm.
