Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on August 13, 2024, this Executive Session was called to
consider review of Personnel.

The Public Works Department'is requesting to create a Part Time Assistant Mechanic position to
help address the backlog of mechanical work as employees have been and continue to be on
medical leave. The Public Works department is underbudget from their summer seasonal
positions, which would cover the cost of the new part-time mechanic. The Public Works
Department recently interviewed for a Maintenance Worker position and one of the applicants
has experience with mechanic work and if approved, the position will be offered to this
individual.
The consensus of the Board was to authorize the addition of a Part Time Assistant Mechanic
position.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:05 pm.
