consider review of Personnel.

The Board was informed that IPBC will no longer be covering lx an employee's salary for Life
Insurance once an employee turns 70 years old. There are currently three employees in this
category. IPBC has stated they will make an exception for the next year although policy changes
will need to be made in the future, and affected employees notified.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:01 pm.
