Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on Au&st 13, 2024, this Executive Session was called to
consider review of Land Disposition.

The Mayor shared the proposed layout provided by Nitti Development for the residential home
development at the former Presbyterian Church property at 600 Elk Grove Blvd.
The proposal includes eleven homes priced at approximately $500,000-$550,000.
Local realtor Rosanna DeFrenza provided comparable prices on surrounding homes that sold
recently that were between $325,000-$475,000. Most of these older homes did not have
basements and have small driveways and garages.
The proposed plan will be further discussed and reviewed with Nitti Development, in addition to
the builders approach to selling the homes.
Trustee Schmidt asked how Tonne Road construction will impact the development of the homes.
The Mayor shared it will not have an impact and will be similar to the existing homes along
Tonne Road.
