Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on October 8. 2024, this Executive Session was called to
consider review of Land Acquisition.

After receiving a one -week extension on the deadline to vacate at no charge, the owner at Turner
Liquors threatened that he would not be moving out. He then changed his mind and followed
through on turning in the keys and moving out. The owner of Munchies, who also received a one
week extension at no charge, turned in their keys and vacated the property. The Committee
discussed that Mixx may ask for another extension. Mayor Johnson advised that the Village will
require the Mixx to move out by their extended deadline of December 1. There will be no
additional extensions.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:55 pm.
