Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on October S 2024, this Executive Session was called to
consider review of Land Disposition.

The Board discussed the housing market in relation to the former church property at 600 Elk
Grove Boulevard. Nitti advised that the sales price for the four smaller lots on Elk Grove
Boulevard would be $550,000 - $560,000. The sales price for the deeper lots on Tonne Road
would likely go for around $595,000. These homes would be 2,400 square feet. The sales price
for the homes on Love would be in the high 500k/low 600k range. Village Manager Roan
advised that Nitti did a housing study through Tracy Cross to come up with these numbers.
