of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on November 19, 2024, this Executive Session was called to
consider review of Land Acquisition.

Mayor Johnson advised that an amendment to the lease with The Mixx Salon is on tonight's
Board Agenda for consideration that will extend their lease until December 16. The Mixx had
requested to extend through January, but Mayor Johnson has informed them this will be their
final extension.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:11 pm.
