Senior Management Analyst Aleicia Pratt has taken an Assistant HR Director Position in
Downers Grove. Village Manager Roan advised that in addition to hiring a replacement for this
position, he would like to reallocate the vacant, full-time Administrative Specialist position in the
Fire Department to Human Resources. The consensus of the Board was to move forward with
this change.
