Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Mayor and Board of Trustees on October 22, 2024, this Executive Session was called to
consider review of Land Disposition.

Mayor Johnson met with Nico Nitti about the proposed single family housing development at
600 Elk Grove Boulevard. Nitti is working on some draft floor plans and elevations. The
estimated starting asking price for each house would be estimated to range from $560,000 to
$625,000. The Board discussed that the Village has not yet set the sale price of the land to Nitti
and this would also impact the cost of the houses.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:36 pm.
