A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT AND VILLAGE CLERK TO
ACCEPT LAKE MICHIGAN ALLOCATION PERMIT NO. 77-031
WHEREAS, the Village of Elk Grove Village has received from the Illinois
Department of Transportation, Division of Water Resources, Lake Michigan
Allocation Permit No. 77-031; and
WHEREAS, this permit provides for 8.372 cfs (5,401,290 average gallons
per day) in 1979 and 8.741 cfs (5,639,350 average gallons per day) in 1980.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois, that the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign and accept Lake Michigan Allocation Permit No. 77-031 and transmit
said permit to the Department of Transportation, Division of Water Resources.
Section 1. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
