A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF A PLAT OF DEDICATION AND VACATION OF
WATER EASEMENTS ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2200 ARTHUR AVENUE, ELK
GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby given a plat of dedication and vacation
of Water Easements on property located at 2200 Arthur Avenue,
Elk Grove Village, Illinois and legally dscribed as follows:
In the south one half of Section 35, Township 41 North, Range
11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois
A copy of which plat is attached hereto and made a part hereof
as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village and attach
thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3. That this reaolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
