A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 20-77,
PROVIDING FOR PERMIT FEES FOR SIGNS,
SWIMMING POOLS AND RE -INSPECTIONS
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
Du Page, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 2, Building Permit Fees, of Resolution
No. 20-77, is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
Sign Fees:
(3). Temporary signs.
Permit Fee ........... $10.00
Monthly Inspection
Fee ................. $ 5.00
(4). Annual Inspection Fee.
The annual inspection fee for all signs which will
require same shall be one-half the then required permit
fee for said sign.
Section 2: That Section 2, of Resolution 20-77, be further
amended by adding the following permit fees for swimming pools, which
shall be inserted right after the Sign Fees, and which shall read as
follows:
Swimming Pools:
(1). Pools capable of containing 1,500 gallons or
fraction thereof - $10.00.
(2). Each additional 15 gallons or fraction
thereof - $15.00.
Section 3: That Paragraph H of Article II be deleted and reinserted
as the last paragraph of Section 2 after Elevator Inspection, -and amended
to read as follows:
Re -Inspection Fee.
Wherever in this Article inspections are required and due to
incorrect or inaccurate information given by the owner or agent of the
premises, a re -inspection or additional inspection is required, an
additional fee of $10.00 per inspection shall be charged.
Section 4: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect

from and after its passage and approval according to law.
