A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE AND SIGNING OF AN AMENDED EASEMENT
AGREEMENT WITH COOK COUNTY FOR A WATER UTILITY RIGHT-OF-WAY ALONG DEVON
AVENUE,EAST OF BUSSE ROAD (ROUTE 83)
NOW, TP.E.REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State
of Illinois:
Section 1. That the Village President be and is hereby authorized to
sign the attached documents marked "Amendment to Easement"
a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof as if fully set forth and the Village Clerk is authorized to
attest said documents upon the signature of the Village President.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.

AMENDMENT TO EASEMENT
WHEREAS, by action taken by the Board of Commissioners of Cook
County on December 28 , 1962 , gave permission to the. Elk Grove
Water and Sewer Company to install, operate, maintain, relocate,
renew and reserve a twelve (12) inch pipe water main upon, along,
under, and across certain Cook County Highway owned land
WHEREAS, the Elk Grove Water and Sewer Company agreed to a term
of twenty (20) years at the rate of $100.00 per year
WHEREAS, the Elk Grove Water and Sewer Company was purchased by
the Village of Elk Grove Village
NOGG-THEREFORE, it -i's agree3 that the ordinance passed December 28,- ,
1962 calling for an annual charge of $100.00 be amended to show
the annual charge be reduced to $1.00 and that annual charge will
continue until the experiation of the agreement December 27, 1982.
All other terms and conditions of the original ordinance to remain
the same.
