RESOLUTION NO. 67-77
RESOLUTION REGARDING FINANCIAL AND LEGAL CA13ABILITIES
WHEREAS, regulations of the U. S. Environmental Protection
Agency for grants for construction of sewage treatment works, 40 CFR 35 E,
require that Regional Administrator determine that the Village of
Elk Grove Village has agreed to pay non-grant costs and that the Village
has capability to conduct an Inflow/Infiltration Study, project C17 2318,
therefore, be it resolved that:
1) the Village of Elk Grove VillaLe agrees to pay
the non-grant costs for project C17 2318, which
agreement is hereby provided.
2) the Village of Elk Grove Village provide a certificate
of the legal capability to conduct an Inflow/Infiltration
Study, project C17 2318 which certification is
attached hereto.
