RESOLUTION NO. 68-77 C17
RESOLUTION OF INTENT REGARDING
INITIATION OF SEWER SYSTEM EVALUATION SURVEY WORK
Whereas, regulations of the U. S . Environmental Protection
Agency for grants for construction of sewage treatment works , 40
CFR 35E, require concurrence of the Regional Administrator with
the sewer system evaluation plan before the work is performed for
the survey to be an allowable cost; therefore, be it resolved by the
V i IT age of Elk Grove Village that, if a
sewer system survey is necessary , that a plan of survey be submitted
for concurrence by the Regional Administrator prior to initiation
of survey work, and that it is fully understood that non-submittal
of the plan or a non-concurrence with the plan will result in the
costs of the entire survey being ineligible for grant assistance
(40 CPR 35 . 927-5 (d) ) .
