A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF A PLAT OF VACATION OF EASEMENT IN TELAR
4TH RESUBDIVISION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1 . That approval is hereby given of a Plat of Vacation of Easement
located in Telar 4th Resubdivision, prepared by Gremley and
Biedermann, Inc. , Land Surveyors, as Drawing No. 773482, prepared
on August 4, 1977. Said subdivision in Section 22, Township 41
North, Range 11 , East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook
County, Illinois.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village and attach
thereto the corporate seat .
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
PASSED this lith day of October 1977.
