A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SUBDIVISION IDENTIFIED AS PARKVIEW
HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1 . That approval is hereby given the final plat of subdivision
identified as Parkview Heights Subdivision, prepared by Gremley and Biedermann,
Inc. , Land Surveyors as Drawing No. 765191 , dated December 12, 1977, being a
subdivision in Section 36, Township 41 North, Range 10, East of the Third
Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached hereto
and made a part hereof as if fully set forth , subject to the following:
1 . That the petitioner originally grade and seed the 12 acres which will
be dedicated to the Village and turned over to the Park District at a
future date. The petitioner shall provide grading and seeding of the
subject property during the same period that he is grading his property.
2. The petitioner shall donate $5,000.00 in addition to all other require-
ments, for the sole purpose of regrading, reseeding and landscaping the
subject IZ acres after the property has properly settled (estimated to
take three years) .
3. The petitioner shall provide drain inlets and a pipe connecting the drains
on the subject i2 acres of property. The determination of how many drains
and their location shall be made according to the specifications of the
Village Engineer.
4. The petitioner shall take the necessary steps to ensure that peat is not
placed on the surface of the Park area.
5. That the petitioner provide a minimum of 8 inches of topsoil on the
surface of the entire Park areas, parkways and each building lot.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby auth-
orized to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village and attach thereto
the corporate seal .
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
