A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAF Oi` VACATIOM OF EASENENF FOR PUBLIC
UTILITIES AND DRAINAGE IN MOLLY ANH/SLAOF-NOVAK SU30IVISION.
NOW, TUFREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustee;
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State
of Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby given the final plat of vacation
of easement for public utilities and drainage located on
lot 5 in Molly Ann/Slauf-Novak Subdivision prepared by
Gremley & Biedermann,Land Surveyors, as Drawing No. 754072
on December 23, 1975, and legally described as follows:
Over, under, upon and across the south 2.00 feet of the
North 10.00 feet (except the easterly 10.00 feet) as
measured at right angles, of lot 5 in Molly Ann Resub-
division of the North 260.00 feet of lot 1751 (as
measured along the east line of said lot) in Elk Grove Village
Section 4, being a subdivision in the south half of
Section 2.8 and the north half of Section 33, both in
Township 41 north, range 11, east of the Third Principal
Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign said plat for and in the name of the
Village and attach thereto the corporate seal.
