A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A PLAT OF DEDICATION FOR EASEMENT PURPOSES
RELATING TO ELK GROVE INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. I
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State
of Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby given the final plat of dedication
for easement purposes relating to Elk Grove Industrial Park
Unit No. 13, prepared by Gremley S Biedermann, Land
Surveyors, as Drawing No. 7640 on January 7, 1976. Said
subdivision, Elk Grove Industrial Park Unit No. 13, is a
subdivision in Section 3, Township 40 North, Range 11, East
of the Third Principal Medidian in DuPage County, Illinois
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign said plat of dedication for easement
purposes for and in the name of the Village and attach
thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3• That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
ATTEST:
and after its passage and approval according to law.
