A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED FROM
VALE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY FOR WELL SITE No.10 (SEC. 22).
WHEREAS, it is necessary that a well be immediately placed in
operation on premises legally described on a Plat of Survey prepared by
Gremley and Biedermann marked Exhibit 7 attached; and
WHEREAS, Vale Development Company has caused a Deed (Exhibit 1
attached) to be prepared for the real estate described and a tem-
porary Easement (Exhibit 2 attached) to permit ingress and egress
to the site and has setforth various conditions relative to the
conveyance of said property (Exhibits 3, 4 and 5 attached) and pro-
vided the Village with a Plat of Survey of both the well site and
Easement (Exhibit 6) and the legal description of same (Exhibit 7
attached); and
WHEREAS, it is to the best interest of the Village that said Deed
be immediately accepted and recorded by the Village Clerk.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trus-
tees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook and DUPage Counties,
Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That a Deed dated March 15, 1976 from Vale Develop-
ment Company to Elk Grove Village for certain real estate and a tem-
porary Easement be accepted by the Village and that the Village Clerk
record same and that said conveyance is accepted pursuant to the
conditions as set forth in the various exhibits attached.
Section 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.

TEMPORARY EASEMENT

Easement for ingress and egress is hereby granted for
the benefit of Parcel 1 over, under, along, across and upon the
following described premises:
That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter of Section 36, Township 41 North, Range 10,
East of the Third Principal Meridian, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Northwest Quarterof
the Southwest Quarter of said Section 36; thence South 860-541
00" West along the South line of the Northwest„Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter of said Section 36, a distance of1005.00 feet;
thence North 290 06' 00" west a distance of 27.82 feet to its
inter section with a line 25.00 feet Northerly of and parallel
with said South line; thence North 860 54' 00" East along said
parallel line 1018.67 feet to itsintersection with the East line
of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section

The -above easement is temporary in nature and will
terminate and cease to exist on the happening of either of the
following three events:
1. Plat of subdivision delineating a dedication. of
street, which street is contiguous to a part of Parcel 1.
2. A permanent easement from Vale Development Company
to the Village of Elk Grove Village giving the Village access to
any then dedicated street.
3. Release of this temporary easement by the Village
of Elk Grove Village.
