A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEED FOR A FIRE STATION SITE ON THE WEST
SIDE OF MEACHAM ROAD SOUTH OF BIESTERFIELD ROAD EXTENDED
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1. That the Village President and Board of Trustees do
hereby accept a Warranty Deed for a Fire Station Site from Vale Development
Company, said site is located on the west side of Meacham Road, south of
Biesterfield Road extended, and legally described as follows:
The South 300 feet of the North 670.00 feet of the East 350.40
feet (as measured at right angles to the North and East lines
thereof) of the Northwest quarter of Section 36, Township 41
North, Range 10, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook
County, Illinois.
Section 2. That the Village Attorney is hereby directed to record
a copy of said Warranty Deed with the Office of the Cook County Recorder and
to file a Tax Exemption Petition on said property.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
