A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RECEIPT OF $15,000 IN
SATISFACTION OF A LAND DONATION (ROUNDTREE)
WHEREAS, Resolution 32-75 authorizing an Agreement of Annexation
require the developer to donate 1.52 acres for public purposes; and
WHEREAS, the Park District and Village have refused the donation
as being insufficient in size and location to satisfy the public; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Elk Grove Village have determined that the fair cash value of said
land is $15,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That the Village Manager be and is hereby authorized
to receive $15,000 in full satisfaction of the developer's requirement
to donate land pursuant to Resolution No. 32-75.
Section 2: That the Building Commission is authorized and
directed to issue building permits upon receipt of said funds by the
Village.
