A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF A PLAT OF EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND
EGRESS INCLUDING PUBLIC VEHICLE ACCESS (EPSTEIN RESUBDIVISION)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby give a plat of easement for ingress
and egress, including public vehicle access for the South
25.0 feet of lots 2,3,4,5,and 6 in Epstein Resubdivision
being a resubdivision of Lotl30 in Higgins Industrial Park
Unit No. 87, being a subdivision in the southeast 1/4 of
Section 27, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third
Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois, a copy of which
is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set
forth.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
