HOME- RULE STATUS AND TO INDICATE NO TAX RATE LIMITATION

.levy p)tovided in .the Ittino.i6 Munic.i.pat Code; and
WHEREAS, the Vittage o6 Etk G)tove Village did attain home hute status
by having a poputation in exee66 o6 25, 000 peopte as o6 October 3, 1974, which
poputation 6.iguAe ,is attated to by a eenti6.icate o6 .the Di ecto)t o6 U. S.
Cenzub, a copy o6 which is marked Exhibit A and attached hereto and made a
pant heheo 6;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Pnes,ident and Board o6 T)twstee6
