HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTION - 61-76 - 8/24/1976 - PLAT OF SUB/EG TOWN ESTATES RESOLUTION NO. 61-76 A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SUBDIVISION IDENTIFIED AS ELK GROVE Tnl,N ESTATES WITH ATTACHMENT DATED AUGUST 24, 1976 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois: Section 1 . That approval is hereby given the final plat of subdivision identified as Elk Grove Town Estates w/ Attachment dated August 24,1976 prepared by Gremley b Biedermann, Inc. Land Surveyors as Drawing No. 762270 Drawing Date: June 9, 1976 signed July 9, 1976 being a subdivision in Section (s) 33 Township 41 North, Range ll , East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois , a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth. Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby authorized to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village and attach thereto the corporate seal . Section 3. Village re//,e—nt ATTEST: Village icer' Attachment to Elk rove Town "estates Final �l3t of Subdivision Dated July 9, 1976 A Sanitary Sewage Holding Tank shall be designed and certified to meet the following General Standards: 1 . Underground and not closer than 25 feet of any other structure and not located in a buildable area. 2. Vented to prevent: A. Release of odors B. Explosion 3. Capable of holding 72 hours of flaw plus allowable infiltration of ex- traneous water prior to occupancy of the units served. 4. The tank to be manually operated with all costs of operation born by the developer. The developer agrees to deposit $2,000.00 prior to occupancy in an interest bearing escrow account to be used by the Village for the above colt Br r r Gw vP.f c r>c /i2c : 5. Cleaned and sanitized thoroughly^within eight flours after it has een drained. 6. All construction, engineering andfilling shall be designed and built to meet the approval of the Village Engineer and appropriate governmental agencies. 7. Filled within 30 days of its discontinued use, and the site repaired to blend in with the immediate adjacent area and provide such additional plumbing necessary for a fun_ 7onal sewerage system. 8. Filing two performance bonds in the amount of 125% of the estimated cost for: A. Construction B. Filling at the end of ten years or the operation of the O' Hare Treatment Plant whichever first occurs. 9. That no building permits shall be issued until items number 6_and 8 are satisfied.
