A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND PLACING ON FILE A PERFORMANCE BOND FROM
HARTFORD ACCIDENT AND INDEMNITY COMPANY (BOND NO. 4316712) IN THE
AMOUNT OF $51 ,687.50 FILED WITH THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
BY R.W. MURRAY COMPANY GUARANTEEING THE CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY
SEWER AND WATER MAIN EXTENSIONS ALONG THORNDALE AVENUE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1 . That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby authorize
the acceptance and placing on file of Performance Bond (Surety Bond) No.
4316712 in the amount of $51 ,687.50 from Hartford Accident and Indemnity
Company to guarantee the construction of sanitary sewer and water main
extensions along Thorndale Avenue, according to plans and specifications
revised January 31 , 1976, Job No. 7144 as prepared by Sargent Engineering
Company.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
PASSED this 26th day of October 1976.
APPROVED this 26th day of October 1976.
