A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND PLACING ON FILE A CONTRACT BOND FROM
FIDELITY AND DEPOSIT COMPANY OF MARYLAND,N0.59-26-889 IN THE AMOUNT
OF $46,996.50 FILED WITH THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE BY R. W.
MURRAY COMPANY FOR THE STORM SEWER, SANITARY SEWER, WATER MAIN AND
PAVEMENT EXTENSIONS FOR MARK STREET WEST OF CARL STREET IN ELK GROVE
INDUSTRIAL PARK
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1 . That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby authorize
the acceptance and placing on file of Contract Bond No. 59-26-889 in the amount
of $46,996.50 from Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland to guarantee the
construction of storm sewer, sanitary sewers, water main and pavement at the
Mark Street extension west of Carl Street in Elk Grove Industrial Park, accord-
ing to Project No. 7125, dated October, 1975, as prepared by Sargeant Engineering
Company, Schiller Park, Illinois.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
PASSED this 26th day of October 1976.
APPROVED this 26th day of October 1976.
