A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SU0V|V|S|0M IDENTIFIED AS R0HLK|NG /
GROVE UNIT NO. 3
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Conk and 0uPage, State of Illinois:
Section That approval is hereby given the final plat of subdivision
identified as Kohlwing Grove Unit No. 3, prepared by 8rcmley
& Biedermann, Inc. , Land Surveyors, as Drawing No. 763613 on
November 8, 1976^ being a subdivision in Section 31 , Township
41 North, Range ll , East of the Third Principal Meridian in
Cook County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached hereto and
made a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section That the Village President and Village Clerk aro hereby authorized
` to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village and attach
thereto the corporate seal , and that said plat be placed in
escrow to be held by the Chicago Title and Trust Company in
accordance with Escrow Instructions sot forth in a Construction
Escrow Agreement between the Village of Elk Grove Village and
SRL & Associates, etal .
Section ^ That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and

after its passage and approval according to law.
