AND GUARANTEEING THE CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IN WINSTON GROVE SECTION 22 NORTH NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois: Section 1 . That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby authorize the acceptance and placing on file of a Subdivision Bond No. 2608176 in the amount of $1 ,154,000.00 from Safeco Insurance Companies to guarantee the construction of public improvements: streets, curbs, underground utilities, sidewalks, street lights, street signs and parkway trees in Winston Grove Section 22, North, according to plans and specifications prepared by Elk Grove Engineering Company, 860 Lively Boulevard, Elk Grove Village, Illinois, as Project No. 4522N, Sheets I through 13, dated June 18, 1976. Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law. PASSED this 28th day of December 1976.
