Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CONDITION OF THIS OBLIGATION IS such, that if the above Principal shall indemnify and save harmless the VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE, ILLINOIS against loss to which the VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE, ILLINOIS may be subject by reason of said Principal's breach of performance or any ordin- ance, rule or regulation relating to the above describedep rmit, then this obligation shall be null and void, otherwise to remain in full force and effect.
