A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND PLACING ON FILE A SUBDIVISION BOND FROM
SAFECO INSURANCE COMPANIES , NO. 2750598 IN THE AMOUNT OF $238,761 .25
FILED WITH THE VILLAGE BY CENTEX HOMES OF ILLINOIS, INC. AND GUARANTEEING
THE CONSTRUCTION OF TRUNK SEWER, FORCEMAIN AND PUMP STATION IN WINSTON
GROVE SECTION 22
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1 . That the President and Board of Tristees do hereby authorize
the acceptance and placing on file of a Subdivision Bond No. 2750598 in the
amount of $238,761 .25 from Safeco Insurance Companies to guarantee the construction
of a trunk sewer, forcemain and pump station in Winston Grove Section 22, accord-
ing to plans and specifications prepared by Elk Grove Engineering Company, 860
Lively Boulevard, Elk Grove Village, Illinois as Project No. 4522-1 , Sheets 1
through 10, dated September 20, 1976.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CONDITION OF THIS OBLIGATION IS such, that if the above
Principal shall indemnify and save harmless the VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE,
ILLINOIS against loss to which the VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE, ILLINOIS may
be subject by reason of said Principal's breach of performance or any ordin-
ance, rule or regulation relating to the above describedep rmit, then this
obligation shall be null and void, otherwise to remain in full force and effect.

Elk Grove Village has the right to pursue againstsurety and to enforce the
bond in the State of Illinois.
