N0VI, TI;EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and . Boa rd of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cool: and DuPagc, State of Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby given the final plat of subdivision
identified as Richard's 3rd Resubdivision
prepared by Carl R. Harrington, Land Surveyor
as Drawing No. None Drawing Date: October 24, 1974
being a subdivision in Section (s) 2 Township 40
North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian in DuPage
County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village and attach
thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
