A RESOLUTION RELEASING A LETTER OF CREDIT FROM CENTEX CORPORATION
COVERING THIRD LIFT REQUIREMENTS FOR FARGO AVENUE FROM TONNE ROAD
TO LIVELY BOULEVARD ACCEPTED BY RESOLUTION NO. 5-71
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section l : That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby authorize
release of letter of Credit No. 64453 in the amount of $10,000.uO from
the Continental Bank and Trust Company of Chicago, covering Third Lift
requirements for Fargo Avenue from Tonne Road to Lively Boulevard by
Centex Corporation.
Section 2: That this resolution is in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
PASSED this 12Th day of August 1975.
