A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITIES AND
DRAINAGE ADJACENT TO ROHLWING ROAD IN ELK GROVE VILLAGE SECTION 19
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby given a plat of easement for public
utilities and drainage adjacent to Rohlwing Road as follows:
Over, under, across and upon that part of Lots 31 to 43, both
inclusive, in Block 1 and that part of Lots 12 to 28, both
inclusive, in Block 4 in Elk Grove Village Section 19, being
a subdivision in Section 36, Township 41 North, Range 10,
East of the Third Principal Meridian, lying west of the west
line of Document No. 11069335 Recorded April 5, 1932, and lying
East of a line 10.0 feet west (measured at right angles) of and
parallel with the west line of Document Number 11069335 aforesaid
in Cook County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached hereto and
made a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
PASSED this l2th day of February 1974.
