A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY IN ELK GROVE
VILLAGE SECTION 17
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section l ; That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby accept
the documentation of property legally described on the
attached Exhibit "A" being hereby incorporated by reference
as if fully set forth herein.
Section 2: That the Village Attorney is hereby authorized and directed
to cause the recording of said Deeds and to remove said
property from the tax rolls.
Section 3 : That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and apornval according to law,
PASSED this 10th day of S^ptember , 19711.

EXHIBIT " A "
Lot 5205 (Except that part thereof lying East of a line drawn perpendicular
to the North line of said lot 5205 `rom a point on said North line, 354.50
feet West of the Northeast corner of said lot and excepting also the North
50.0 feet, as measured at right angles, of said Lot 5205, dedicated for
Biesterfield Road) in Elk Grove Village Section 17, being a subdivision
in Sections 25 and 36, Township 41 North, Range 10, East of the Third
Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois.
